It was all started back in 2012 by a very enthusiastic 9 year old called Ben Little and called The Best Of Ben’s Discos.
Since then both the business and I have grown and we now have events nearly every weekend.
In 2017 we found ourselves providing technical services to several dance schools during their showcases, along with providing music for local weddings.
2018 brought a new year and a new name as we decided that the name needed changing from the original to something a bit more relevant, after bouncing lots of names and ideas around between friends and family, the name BL Sound & light was chosen.
2019 took us into new depths including managing technical aspects for dance shows, music for summer fetes and providing public address systems and lighting for local businesses holding sales events.
2020 has been an interesting year so far! Our most recent project was a 70th party in a horse riding arena. We provided a full lighting rig and supplied temporary power distrobution.
